I had a lot of fun coming up with my fall menu this year! These are all amazing, and I've had really good feedback especially for the Pumpkin Spice Rolls and the Chai White Chocolate Scones. I crafted my chai spice blend myself, and I could not be more pleased with how well it turned out! See the home page for full menu and prices.

First up pictured are my beautiful Pumpkin Cinnamon loaves:

I added homegrown pumpkin puree to the dough and it adds such nice texture! Makes great French toast.

Chai White Chocolate Scones:

These are so lovely and smell absolutely wonderful while baking.

Pumpkin Spice Rolls with cardamom spiced icing

These also have pumpkin puree in the dough, making them ultra moist. These were particularly fun as I recruited taste testers to make sure I picked the right icing flavor.

Pumpkin Spice Swirl loaf:

self explanatory but yummy. Great toasted with butter, or would also make wonderful festive French toast!

Cranberry Orange loaf:

Dried cranberries, fresh orange zest and orange juice, sweet dough base. A classic.

Harvest Oat:

Hearty and delicious! It makes excellent sandwiches. Enriched with egg and milk, and whole wheat flour, oats, and honey for flavor.

Autumn Harvest Flight:

My 4 autumn loaf flavors in one box so you can try them all in one go! These are so fun to put together.

Sourdough Cornbread:

Technically I haven't debuted this one yet, but I've made it a few times for friends and family. It is a little sweet, has great flavor, and goes so well with a good chili or butter and honey. I'm excited to see what the public thinks of this! I will have this at my fall pop-up at Country Charm on Oct 3.

I should probably start testing my winter/Christmas menu in October, which feels so wrong because I hate doing anything Christmas related before Thanksgiving! I am really looking forward to it though, it will be fun.
